1975 Ford F250-Robert E.

I’ve always been a Ford Truck owner. Soon after HS I purchased my first Ford it was a 1976 150 4×4. I have wonderful memories of surfing trips to Mexico and camping trips to the Mountains. What little money I had back then was spent on big tires and oil changes. I loved that truck.

When the opportunity came around I found “Blue” a 1975 F-250 4×4. I soon got busy on the frame off restoration which lasted 3 years. I did all the work myself except for paint and Upolstry. I looked forward to the UPS showing up with my LMC order, it felt like Christmas every order that I received.

My passion grew once again when I bought my second restoration project. Well it actually started out as parts truck. I didn’t have the heart to bury the old girl. So back to the LMC parts catalog I went. Less than a year later I finished my 1979 F-250 4×4. I call her Big Red my Home Depot truck.
Where ever I go wether in Big Red or Blue people always give me the thumbs up,even Chevy owners. LOL.

Is there more Fords in my future who knows ? I guess that will be up to my lovely bride of 28 years. Happy Shopping,building and trucking !
