1995 Ford F150-Cameron K.
Ever since I was just a kid, I loved the look and style of the 92-95 body style of the Ford pickups. My dad owned 2 and they went everywhere! From the mountains in Colorado to the more humid areas of Louisiana…it was always reliable. A while back, I had the privilege of purchasing this beauty from Ford master mechanic. He kept the truck in phenomenal shape, but it still needed some work. With the help of LMC, Charles Weikel (a good friend and professional painter who has helped do movie cars for Hollywood productions), and over $10,000, the truck was virtually complete.
Believe it or not, most of the paint was original, but the hood and roof were in desperate need of repainting. For this truck, I knew that I needed a professional to mix and blend the paint correctly.
It took quite some time to find a truck that was 20 years old and this sound a condition. While several new parts have been installed, the motor, transmission, and body are completely original. When I was younger, I saw photos in magazines of the new ones and new that one day I would have one. My goal was to make the truck as factory original in appearance as possible. At 27, I finally had the means to purchase a truck that I now drive to work everyday. I regularly get stopped in town and asked about the truck. It was well worth the money and time spent into this project. I will enjoy it for years to come!!!
