1965 Chevy C10-Dalton A.
Ever since I could remember there has always been that old pickup under the pecan tree. Faded paint, covered with webs and tree sap. It sat there for years untouched. My 65 pickup has been in the family since 1970 passed down from my grandfather to my dad then to me. When I reached the age of 10 my father told me it was mine and to get started fixing it up of course I didn’t, the next few years was just sitting in the driver side playing race car, but eventually my father convinced me my license was soon to come and I had no time to play around so I started with the body to prevent rust and get the engine running, still a few kinks with the rear end and transmission but it’s running smooth. Now I’m working my way to the bed and interior. Thanks to LMC I can finally give this beautiful classic vehicle the treatment it needs to look it’s best and keep the tradition going.
