1967 Chevy C10-John I.

I started off with a bare chassis, and fully disassembled body that I found in a field behind a local school. After three trips to visit the landowner I was able to talk him into selling it to me. Its taken me 5 years to completely restore the truck frame up, including all new aftermarket suspension, four wheel disc brakes, 4/6 lowering treatment, a 2009 ly6 6.0 engine and a 4l80/e transmission, one piece windows, front and rear roll pans, a vintage air a/c and heat system, all new custom interior, and inferno orange pearl metallic paint. I worked thousands of hours in a single car garage, fabricating and installing brackets, custom features, stainless steel fuel and brake lines, and was able to build the four wheel disk brake system with off the shelf parts from local auto suppliers and LMC truck. LMC contributed all the pieces and parts I needed to rebuild the truck, as there really was nothing but a chassis and body parts to start with. Its been a great journey and a whole lot of fun to build with the love, support, and help from my wife Melissa, and daughter Macey who spent countless hours in the garage with me building her. As an added bonus the c-10 won first place at its very first show!
