1971 Ford F100-Betty O.

My dad bought this truck new on 11-10-1970 although it is a 1971. The first few years he used it like you would use a truck, work, family vacations, etc and then he just put it up and only put about 10 miles on it a year to keep it going. In 2001 we all got flooded and the truck had to come out of retirement for a few weeks and then it was back to its garage were it was kept under “blankets” and only taken out a couple of times a summer to run around the garage. This summer my dad decided to give the truck to me. It is all original even the exhaust!! Never been painted and has 24,000 miles on it. It is great condition down to the period correct camper top which has been on it all of its life. My dad is a wonderful may and I am so proud that he has given me his “old truck”.
