I would like to introduce Homer! His name is Homer because my late dad said he always finds his way back home!!! My dad purchased Homer in 2002 in hopes of fixing & flipping him. Little did dad know, Homer would become part of the family!! Dad worked on the truck for close to a year. That’s when I decided to drive it to work one night! I drove a tractor trailer on a 2 day run. Came back to find the truck had been stolen!!! The local police found it 2 weeks later! Shewwww thank goodness!!! Homer found his way home!! Dad finally got the truck finished a few months down the road! That’s when my oldest brother decided to buy it! He drove it on & off for about 3 years. That’s when he decided to let our beloved sister drive Homer while he was working! Unfortunately someone pulled Out in front of her and she clipped the front and proceeded to cream a telephone pole!!! Once again Homer found his way back home though!! That’s when I got ahold of him!!! I took the wreck truck and parts from a donor truck and got ol Homer up and running again! He was my daily driver for about 4 years! Then I got the opportunity and finances to do a full frame off restoration! The whole restoration took me about 8 long months working day and night! Once painted, I put him back together in 40 straight hours with the help of my twin brother Jason!! Now I show him at local car shows and cruise in’s and have won trophies at the F100 Supernationals & Moonshine Valley F100 show in Maggie Valley North Carolina!
