1963 Chevy C10-Travis S.

Blue Boy, a 1963 Chevy C10, has been in the Scheck family for over 40 years! My uncle bought him in 1973 after he graduated high school. A few years later he traded it to my grandpa where Blue Boy started working on the family farm. He worked on the farm hauling cows, hay, almost anything you could with him. After about 15 years and the fourth blown six cylinder, my dad saved Blue from becoming a trailer. He bought a rebuilt 283, but the wiring fried due to the mice chewing on them. So Blue Boy sat for seven more years. My dad and I rewired Blue in 1999, my junior year of high school. Blue was reborn Easter of 2000 and I drove him my junior and senior year of high school. After I graduated I decided to restore Blue. Now he has the same 283, Muncie 3spd, power drum brakes, Dakota Digital Guages, and Vintage Air air-conditioning. Also, the paint job is 15 years old!!!!
