1979 Ford F150-David B.

I have driven 1970s fords my whole life. I have owned 5 in all. I love the body styles of the 70s fords. I decided that I wanted to own a restored one and since I can do all the work myself and did not have to pay for labor I decided to build this ford. I found this truck from a guy that had it sitting in the woods unused so I talked him out of it and spent the next year completely restoring it. Now as the truck sits it has 39.5 super swamper tsls on Micky Thompson wheels. The differentials are 410s with Yukon lockers. The power plant is a 351m it is bored .30 with a comp cam extreme energy 286h with edelbrock performer intake and a holly 600 the transmission is a np435 and the transfer case is a np 205. I absolutely love this truck and come springtime it will be going to the local car shows. I would like to thank LMC for their timely delivery and availability of parts to get this truck rolling. Without LMC this truck might have ended up in the bone yard. now it should be around for many more years!
