1979 Chevy Scottsdale – Alex H.

I purchased the truck from a friend. The original truck appeared to be in good shape so I fixed some of the mechanical problems and drove it for a few years. My dad and I began restoring the truck in the early summer of 2014. The truck we thought was in good shape was worse shape than appeared. After purchasing a parts truck that was in much better shape I used the truck for the cab and the bed the rest like doors, hood, fenders, interior and just about every other part imaginable I needed for the truck I got off of LMC truck. My dad painted the truck in the beautiful cardinal red and white which was the original color and finished it off with factory rally wheels. All in all the truck took about 4 months to build and complete and will be able to enjoy for many years to come.
