1992 GMC Sierra – Daniel R.

I purchased this truck in 2007 from a used car lot. It had 104K miles on it, but was in good shape. The paint was two tone Cherry Red/Champagne. No dents, scratches, or rust, excellent truck. Used it in my lawn/landscape business. I have owned two new trucks since. I have sold them both because I love to drive this GMC. This year (2015) I quit lawn/landscape business and decided to restore this truck.

The fall of 2015 I started buying parts for the truck. In the winter of 2015 I started stripping the truck down to have it painted. Took bumper’s, tail lights, mirrors, grill and side molding’s off the truck. I wasn’t sure who I wanted to paint it. Checked around and prices were outrages. So took it to Maaco here in Huntsville, AL. They did a great job in painting it. Had the seats and door panels reupholstered by Rod’s custom shop on University Drive here in Huntsville. They installed the new seat belts and carpet along with new door handles inside and out.
