“But I have a new truck!” John Cramer and his 1996 Chevy Tahoe.

In 1996 my neighbor bought a brand new Chevy Tahoe. It was love at first sight, but I had to wait until 2002 because I was raising a family. It was a one owner with 115,000 miles.The Tahoe currently has 338,000. This truck so perfectly serves my farming, family and hunting needs.My auto tech keeps asking me when I’m going to get a new truck. I respond by saying,”but I have a new truck!” I’ve stepped up the horsepower with headers, a throttle body riser in order to double the Vortex, a cold-air intake and a performance exhaust system.

After installation, my auto tech said,”Come get this hot-rod.”

It’s fun to drive a “sleeper” and it feels good to be a part of your family.
