1995 GMC Sierra – Laf R.

My father was the first owner of the truck and the only owner of the truck. The GMC was on the show Case floor in Pompano Beach Florida in 1995 the truck was a beautiful truck and it still is, he gave it to me with 93,000 miles in 2006. At the time the truck exterior was not doing so well due to the fact that Florida weather and salt water from the beaches can really damage paint if you don’t have a garage. The original color was a purl White, I restored the paint and body to a glossy black in 2014. It’s now 2016 an everywhere I go with the truck they’re asking me what year is it? when i tell them it’s a 1995 they don’t believe me, says it look so much newer an would you like to sell it? I tell them no just because this was my father’s truck and how hard he works for it to pay it off, when I was a kid I seen how much he cared about the truck. An for me to witness that from my father, I knew right then I wanted a truck just like this one day, thank you Dad…. right now the truck has one hundred and thirty thousand miles on it so that tells you that she sits in the garage a lot and I wash an wax her every other weekend.
