1981 Chevy Silverado – Jim D.

I have owned this 1981 Silverado C10 for 25 years. It was purchased in South Carolina and driven home in Ohio using 6 qt. of oil.

I took the truck apart and started rebuilding everything. The engine is now a 400 ci; 350 hp. O.D. trans with a 3:70 posi is now in place. New doors, fenders, hood, bumpers, grille, tires, wheels were added. Interior was redone, the paint was next. Power windows and locks, tinted windows, A/C, and cruise control, flowmaster exhaust was next.

Still tweaking little things but does anyone ever finish one of these? Really enjoy driving almost every dry day during the summer to cruises. Many have offered to buy it but I think not.
