1992 Ford F150-Brandon J.

The truck is a 1992 f150 that started off in many pieces and many colors. I saved up to buy it 2 years before I got my permit and picked it up for 600, in rough shape and no motor. My father and I then began to work on it, in which we built a 302 to put in it, painted the truck, redid the interior to all black, and lifted the truck 6in and put it on 33s. Loved the truck and it ran great but we got into diesel a lot and decided to put a 24v Cummins in it. So we tore it apart, I bought a donor truck and put super duty springs under the front and a dodge Dana 60 and put f350 springs in the rear along with a Dana 70. We got the motor put in and trans (47re) and began wiring it up and building the trans and converting it to a manual valve body 47re. We got it running and I did a couple little things to the motor to make it run better and it’s to where it is now. 24v Cummins, manual valve body 47re, and 1 tons sitting on 35s and 20x12s. Currently it makes around 450hp but I’m shooting for more here soon. Just thought I’d share my truck, it was my first truck and my father and I have put a lot of work into it. No one else has laid a hand on the truck when it comes to work, we did it all our selves, many long nights. But it was well worth the experience and time spent with my dad.
