1994 Ford F150-Jordan J.
My grandpa bought this truck back in 1996 when I was just seven years old. I remember the day him and Grandma pulled in the driveway with it. As I grew up throughout the years I remember riding in that truck all the time. It was my favorite and grew attached along the way. 11 years passed and grandpa decided to sell it before he moved from the farm to town. I wanted it really bad but being 17 I already had a Ford Ranger and my dad didn’t think I needed two pickups. Someone local bought the truck from him so I would see it driving around town and I would just stop and stare. The truck got more rust throughout the years and sat few miles out of town for 4 more years all beat up without being driven. I figured it was to late now and gave up on it and hoped to find one like it again someday. My grandpa passed away in December of 2016. It was only a week after he passed away I found he truck for sale on a local swap page for 500 dollars. I couldn’t believe it. I called the guy up and went to look at it. The body was toasted a whole different box and nothing was lined up. He said it ran and drove so I decided to make it a project and drove it home! It was finally mine. My dad and I worked hard every night for six months cleaning the frame and getting the truck fixed up. The only thing the engine and trans needed was a tune up and flushed. Don’t even use a drop of oil. We got the truck ready for paint and had local relative paint the truck back to original. We just got it back after 6 months and it looks just like it did when I was 7. I am 27 now and I will always remember my Past and grandpa when I drive this truck.
