1990 Chevy K1500 – Michael H.

I purchased this truck from the original owner about 3 years ago. He was going to restore it for his daughter , but no longer had time to work on it. As you can see by the photos, there was no hood or windshield, bed, bumpers and interior was not there.
The truck has 181k miles on it. It has about 50k on the engine which has been bored .30 over with an rv cam
Here’s the fun part. It has a Lysholm 1600 ax ,twin vein supercharger (Whipple) , which uses the original throttle body injection. I had the transmission rebuilt with heavy duty parts and torque converter and shift kit to handle the extra power.
I installed a pedestal guage , tac, Fuel pressure, & boost. It is really fun to drive
