1971 Chevy Cheyenne – Randy B.

My shop was hired to restore this 1971 Cheyenne for a customer. We bought almost all of our restoration parts from LMC truck. The story:

Randy acquired the truck in 1979. It was used for everyday work as most were in those days. For a period of about 10 years he gave the truck to his father to drive until he was no longer able to drive. Then, it just sat for about 15 more years until he decided to have it restored. It is a great story with a great ending. His Dad is still alive and able to see it restored.

The truck was stripped down to bare metal and totally restored. Back to its original color of Ochre/White. Some upgrades were added like tachometer, headers, Vintage Air, spray in bed liner, wheels, stereo, to make it more enjoyable to drive.

I am submitting this without Randy knowing but I took and own all of the pictures. One is showing Randy winning at his very first truck show. I would be happy to share more pictures via email if you need more.
