1977 Ford F150 – Thomas T.
This 1977 F150 is a single owner with original factory paint and engine (though rebuilt). It is not a restoration but used frequently. I placed a factory order with Central Ford in Newport News, Va on Pearl Harbor Day 1976 and it was delivered to me on 24 January 1977. From 1980-83 the Air Force stationed me tn the Netherlands. This truck has reliably and safely driven my family through 6 European Countries. I must say it was a ‘trip’ driving it on the left side of the road for a 2-week vacation in England. There are some narrow roads in Europe but were manageable. It recently under went a total engine rebuild. Pulling a horse trailer or hauling loads of hay or fertilizer, or whatever, is done with ease. Where ever the truck is driven it draws attention. There have been frequent offers to buy it from me. Because it is considered antique and looks so great I was asked to drive it in a local July 4th Parade and it was a hit. Obviously, I am proud of my truck and have taken great pains to maintain it. There would be no hesitation to start it on any long drive it needed. Personally, I wouldn’t consider any sale price under $9000. LMC has been my ‘go-to’ for any parts when needed.
