1999 Ford F250 – Tyler H.

Here’s my 1999 Ford F-250 7.3L Diesel. I bought the truck in February 2016. It was an old work truck, so it was beat up, but it ran perfect and I got it for fairly cheap. So, I decided to restore it while work was slow in the off season. I originally wanted to make it look like a 2005-07 body style until I came across a forum of a guy who had a 1999 F250 that he converted to a 2011-16 body style and it looked great. So, after some research, I ordered up the parts needed, including panels and parts from LMC, and started to get to work.

It took roughly 4 months to have it road-worthy with the help of my brother, Justin, who did the paint and body work. Besides body work, I also did some upgrades including stage 1 injectors, turbo, fuel system, rebuild HD trans, chip, exhaust, intake, etc. The truck turned out much better than I expected and it’s nice to have a newer looking truck with the reliability of a 7.3 Powerstroke!
