1964 Chevy C10 – Aaron S.
Bought truck from Minnesota and then took body off frame and began the build. First thing was Z the frame in rear, 3 link, with air ride suspension, The front I used porterbuilt front crossmember suspension with disk brakes, tublar control arms, 2″ drop Cpp spindles, power rack and pinion and RE 7 airbags, Once got the frame to lay on the ground, I then bought body panels, seats, grill, headlights, Led taillights and all interior parts from LMC, including wiring harness, updated fuse box and wood bed floor w/ stripes (had to fabricate the wood and cut stripes for custom look . Then fabricated bed floor and raised it and stretch LMC fenders to 14″ wide, then mounted a aluminum fuel cell. After all body work was complete and shaved firewall and narrow LMC front fenders, I primed it all and with help from a friend Carlos Loubriel, we painted the truck Sonic Blue, Exterior and Interior. We Put a 5.3LS with high rise Eldelbrock proflow intake and fuel rails backed by a 4l60e Automatic transmission and a posi rear end with 373 gears thanks to Brian at Accurate Performance, The truck was then show ready . Truck took 1 year to build
