1960 Chevy Apache – Ben W.

We went up to Pretoria for my son to do his training at Olifantsfontein for a Dieselmech. So we went and visit our friends that stay’s in Hartebeespoort dam. She ask me if I saw her new bike that she bought herself? We went into the garage and here stand the Chev, so I forgot about the bike and was more interested in the Chev. My friend said he wants to sell it cause he hasn’t got time to finish it. I ask him what is the price? He replied he want R 5 000.00 ($72 500.00) I paid him the money immediately and said now it is mine and I will come and fetch it. After about 2 weeks we went to fetch the Chev. When we get home I arrange with my friend at Coastal Customs to help fix it up. And this is the outcome of all the time and money spending on it. I love my Chev and are very proud of it.
