1971 Ford Bronco – Evan S.
At a young age, I had always wanted an older car as my first vehicle. At first, I wanted an early Ford Mustang but that later translated into a search for an early Ford Bronco. My Bronco is a 1971 that has all of the original side marker lights removed and relocated to the custom bumpers. We purchased it in Johnson City, Tennessee, on the way to our yearly vacation in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, when I was just 12-years-old. One Bronco turned into three Broncos, and we are now a Bronco family.
My Bronco is the result of countless hours, late nights and almost every school holiday for 2 years. We completely stripped the body down and did all the bodywork ourselves, overhauled the engine and went through the complete drivetrain. It has a 2.5 inch Skyjacker Suspension Lift sitting on 33 inch BFGoodrich Mud Terrains.
There is not one bolt or nut on the Bronco that I have not turned. All the countless hours paid off with the best first car I could imagine driving to high school.
