1991 Chevy Blazer S10 – Dennis N.

I bought this 1991 4×4 S10 Blazer back in 2003. I used it for a daily driver for about six years until the original 4.3L V6 motor started getting weak. It had over 230,000 miles on the odometer. So I started working on the body, replacing everything but the tailgate. At the same time I was getting a 355 CID V8 built up with a 700R4 transmission. I’ve since added a shift kit to it, and I am running the original rear end, front end and the original transfer case.

I really enjoyed using this as my daily work truck, but this year I found another ’91 Blazer that I’m going to drive daily while I fix the interior of baby up. When done I’ll have the Typhoon I always wanted but could never seem to get my hands on. I’d still like to take it on the Power Tour one year and definitely to some shows.[lmc_story_gallery]
