The story of “Notorious” really isn’t interesting to everyone, but there are the lucky few who really understand the meaning of a good friend and a good truck. You see, if you treat people with respect and kindness, one shall receive respect and kindness.

My 1992 D250 extended cab belonged to a really good friend of mine called Mason. We’ve been friends for a few years now and he’s had the truck for about three or four years. He got the truck from an old man who bought the truck brand new, right off the lot, and used it for many years until Mason bought it from him.

Then one morning, I got a phone call from Mason and he asked me if I wanted a truck with potential and of course, I said, “Yes, why not?” and he told me that I could have the first gen. The truck still needs a lift pump and fuel system but other than that, she’s a dime.
