My Italian Chevy C-10

To you the photos of my new vehicle !! It’s a Chevrolet c10 1963 fleetside!!
This pick-up was ordered in Italy from new in 1963, the only owner, always jealously kept in the garage and used only on Sundays, and not as a work vehicle. Shortly after the purchase, the owner built a cover for the body to preserve the wooden bed! The pick-up in question never went from a coachbuilder!! Everything is still at that time !!!. By investigating, the vehicle appears to have been built in Terrytown, New York. Needless to say, having arrived in Italy as a new, he never went against cold climates or salt. The vehicle has very healthy funds and sheets metals !!
I, after 27 years in custody, bought it directly from the son of the sole owner, who unfortunately died a long time ago. Taken home the car was enough to clean the carburetor, spark plugs, battery and gasoline and it immediately started !!! 60,000 original miles!
He is now in the workshop for routine mechanical interventions, tire replacement, and overhaul. Finally, the deposit of 27 years of dust and dirt, have covered and protected the body leaving it unharmed to wear!!
Very soon he will be back on the road roaring again![lmc_story_gallery]
