1978 Ford F150 – Jake H.

I bought a 78 F150 when I was about 15 years old and have been building it ever since. I put a 351m in it with a thumper cam along with almost everything else you could possibly do under the hood. I got electric cooling fans, aluminum radiator, 120 amp alternator, new power steering pump, new gear box, Holley 650 carb, new brake booster. I have rebuilt the whole front end and done everything I could to get the play outta the steering. I am going for a king ranch style 78 so I put a king ranch emblem on the side and had tmi build me a tan leather bench seat with all tan interior to go along with it. Only need tan carpet now and soon will have an interior company build me a tan leather headliner.

I got a full sound system in the truck that sounds amazing. The windows have limo tint. Truck has Toyo 33 inch tires with black fuel wheels on a white truck. I’ve done pretty much everything but I’d like to get paint in a couple years cause it’s not perfect but still looks really good. I only have disc brakes to put on, efi system, tanneau cover, tan carpet, stitched headliner. I have new shocks but plan to switch to fox once I get an efi system and save up more money. I got led lights I’m gonna hook up soon. Then lastly after all those things are done I’d like to send it in for paint.[lmc_story_gallery]
