1979 Chevy 1500 – Tommy T.

I’ve had my truck since 1990. I drove it as my main source of transportation for a few years, then put it aside in favor of a new truck with much better gas mileage. After my retirement I started working to make it as original as possible. I have replaced the engine with a new stock 50 crate, also had the transmission rebuilt. Also replaced both the front and rear bumper, grille, mirrors, w/o moldings, door rubbers, side marker lights and dash top. I also had my truck painted about a year ago.

I would like to thank LMC for their help in getting the parts I needed. I am a 100 percent totally and permanently disabled vertebral after spending a year in Vietnam with agent orange. This has been therapeutic for me.[lmc_story_gallery]
