1985 Chevy C10 – Edward L.

The truck was bought in 2017 off of the app offer up. The truck had several issues starting with the paint, rust, a bad engine, and a weak transmission. 1st thing was a new performance transmission from FTI in Florida. Next the truck was fitted with a new small block 396 stroker from blueprint engines and a march performance belt system that I installed myself. I wanted the engine bay to have a little bit of a wow factor to it so I installed a complete Holly stealth ram multi port fuel injection. The truck dyno’D at 529 horsepower at the crank. To keep things cool I installed a 4 core aluminum radiator with dual fans from Griffin. I Installed new floor patch panels and rockers along with new inner fenders, radiator support, grille, lights, tailgate and cowl hood all from LMC truck. The gauge cluster, seat upholstery, carpet, door panels, window motors, power locks, dash pad and door seals also came from LMC. To finish it off I installed 20 inch american racing wheels with nitto tires. The truck runs mid 12s at palm beach international raceway and and has been the most consistent running truck I have ever had. My favorite one to drive by far, nothing can beat the smile this puts on everyones faces. The thumbs up at the stop lights and the curious on lookers at the gas station.
