Dads First Truck

My dad bought this truck new in 1982 it was a GMC Sierra short bed. It was the first truck he purchased new and he sold it back in 2001 but was still going to keep it in his name. The man passed away and a man from North Carolina ended up with it.. He call us up asking us about the truck so we meet up with him and told he every little thing on the truck, cause dad bought it new and he knew the truck really good… Long story short the man didn’t want to sell the truck, but he did cause he knew it meant a lot to me since my dad bought it new and me and my dad had redone the whole truck from bumper to bumper everything on truck is new. My dad never thought he would ever end back up with his old truck but it happen and now it’s home were it belongs. Though this will be a good hotrod story to tell also and LMC was good place to find the parts we needed to make it look new again[lmc_story_gallery]
