A New Generation

My dad and I picked up this 1991 Dodge W250 3/4 ton long box from a neighbor up the road for $1,700 when I was 15.  I spent a long time working and saving up till I could start reconstructing this awesome truck.  It was once an Idaho Forest Service truck and had sat for quite some time.  It would take a lot of work, but this four wheel drive pickup would be the perfect first truck for me and the crazy Montana winters.  Over the next year we gave the truck a complete makeover including a 4 inch lift, shocks and leaf springs, brakes, filters, fuel pumps, interior accessories, paint/raptor liner, 35 inch wheels/tires, a recovery box and a custom bumper, engine adjustments, a flow master exhaust, windshield, cargo tailgate and much more.  Being surrounded by a family with a passion for rebuilds, I am having a great time seeing this project come together with them.  I look forward to the truck becoming the ultimate memory making woods rig that I know it is.  This truck has been the perfect high school ride and has addicted me to the process of giving classic vehicles new life.
