First Truck

My first real truck was an 89’ Silverado k1500. Since I’ve owned an 89’ and a 95’. I fell in love with that model and then life seemed to have its own will and it seemed such an unrealistic dream. My neighbor of 10 years would tease me with possibilities of purchasing his 95’ that he bought brand new but I don’t believe he was ever able to let it go. He passed away this year and his wife said he had said he’d would like to see me have it. So I was lucky enough to purchase it and now I’ve begun restoring it to its rightful glory. My plan is to get it restored and take her out to dinner in it, hopefully money and timelines work out in my favor. LMC has been a life saver and an awesome resource for replacement parts!! I recommend them to anyone trying to fix up an older vehicle. My pictures aren’t too impressive yet but I’ll get it there.
