1971 Chevy C10 – Romas D.
I’ve been dating my truck for 25 years now. She was originally an in line V6-column shift 3 speed. Years into the project, I put a ZZ4 motor in her with a 4 speed stick shift. I drove it for years smoking the tires everywhere she went. Then, the LS craze came and that was a must for me. I brought a Z06 engine that was a nightmare. So, she sat for a couple of years trying to figure out which plastic surgeon she was going to. So, I redone everything. Art Morrison frame with Hotchkiss TVS suspension system. 5.3 Ls with a Whipple supercharger. TMI bench seat, vintage air, Doctor Gas side exhaust system, Holley terminator x with fuel tank. Dyno-mat with all rust panels replaced. Disc brakes with a set of torque thruster D’s wrapped with nitto tires. Can’t forget my guys at Tinworks. Nice pair of trailing arms with a one-inch drop built into them. Electric park brake, the list goes on and on. It’s Patina. I drive this thing everyday. Dirt road, farm road does matter. Love this ole truck and so does my wife.
