1978 Chevy K10 – Jeff P.
This truck has been in my family for decades.
This truck was stock as a rock, so I decided to customize it. I installed a lift kit, replaced the automatic transmission with a NV4500
I also installed a 9-inch WFO bullet proof rear differential.
I basically went through the entire truck replacing parts using LMC products. Like hood, bumpers, and interior parts.
The engine bay has a SBC 350 4 bolt main with roller block, roller cam, lifters, and rocker arms. Equipped with umbrella valve guides and one-piece rear main.
It sits on 40-inch Irok radial tires with chrome spoke wheels with 4:88 gears.
However, I am still improving by purchasing parts from LMC such as rear cab carpet kits, rubber floor pan liner, and noise barrier.
It’s been a good truck and I would like to thank LMC for making parts available to keep these old trucks on the road.
I hope one day to pass it down to my Grandson.
