1993 Chevy C3500 – Kris R.

Working my first jobs in the late 90’s at dealership detail shops, I was envious of the seemingly endless C/K series trucks that would roll through the shop. I can still tell you that the interiors that would clean up near perfect from the worst condition were the 90’s GM maroon! While being envious of the full size trucks, I was, like so many young guys in the 90’s, wrapped up in the mini-truck scene. Being a young guy on a budget, I had static drop trucks. I hoped to have a truck on air some day. Fast forward 25 years, and I am fortunate to be on the latter part of my career in the USAF. All the sacrifices have afforded me the ability to have some nicer things than when I was younger, and one of those things combines many things from my youth! My 1993 C3500 is on air ride, with a detailed engine bay giving home to a 454 upgraded with a Holley Sniper 2 system. The truck has been media blasted and refinished top and bottom, and sports a MINT maroon interior that I’ve been in love with for 30 years!
