“Yes, it’s a 1961 F350.” This is my recurrent sentence to my online American acquaintances whenever I show a picture of my truck. ’56 being the only year it was produced in the US, it causes a surprise to some when they learn they were produced from ’59 to ’62 here in Brazil. The ’56 F100 was my dream truck since I was 14. I was able to buy this F350 with a more suitable price back in 2014 and built it at home by myself. I was glad I was able to import the cab corners and other important details from LMC, which really made a difference in the project. It took me five years to complete the build and I’ve been enjoying it ever since. The bed is fiberglass (one off) stock frame with 4.9 gas 6 inline efi Ford engine.
