I bought this 1978 Ford F-250 two wheel drive truck and wanted to lift the truck and put oversized tires and fix it all up, but there weren’t hardly any options to do a significant lift on a two wheel drive truck in this year and model. So, me and my son Taylor (mostly my son) took a 2005 F-250 4×4 front axle and a kit from a company and installed another axle under the truck, had it repainted and replaced all the bumpers, glass and pretty much everything on the truck including the interior. We were able to get most of our parts from LMC Truck and after about a year and half long project, we have finally finished and are enjoying an old truck that has room for the whole family.
