1948 Ford F2 – Jeff L.

My brother in law, Gary, owned this truck for years. He would take it apart and put it back together several times. Gary unexpectedly passed in 2008. I bought “Bertha” from his children and put her in my garage. My kids were young, so I would putter around with the truck when I could. Once my kids were older, I couldn’t stand it anymore and I got to work! It took me 14 years but I finally finished Bertha. LMC Truck was on speed dial with all my orders!
My wife and I take her for Sunday morning breakfast and rides around town. She’s been in a few car shows. Bertha does well, but I mostly like to chat with people about her story. I know it makes Gary’s wife and kids happy to see Bertha and to know how much we love her.
