1986 K5 Chevy Blazer – Christopher & Ashlee C.

My wife is a huge fan of the square body and always wanted a short bed. As our family grew we decided a better option would be a Blazer. So I started the hunt for a Blazer. I found one, not in as good of shape as I would like but for a really go price. I showed my wife and she instantly fell in love with it so I called the previous owner and set up a time to check it out. We made the two hour drive, took it for a test drive and my wife was hooked. We made arrangements to buy it and bring it home the following weekend. Of course I couldn’t leave it alone and started making repairs and upgrades little by little while my wife drove it daily.
after about 3 years of owning it someone sped through a yield sign by our house and hit the drivers front corner. totaling the front clip, passenger door and bent the frame over about 6 inches. A lot of late nights, weekends, a donor chassis, help from a good friend and the good people at LMC she is back on the road and better than ever.
