1996 Dodge Ram 1500 – Mark P.

I bought this truck in 2007 for to use as a farm truck. It had 153000 miles on it and was pretty beat up. But it was basically used for hauling wood and feed.
Unfortunately, things didn’t work out and i moved away back to the city. So, for the next 15 years or so it was just me and my work car and my beat-up Ram.
First thing I did was to get it running well. It has the 5.9 Liter motor in it, and it runs great still. I really like this style of Ram, so I just started fixing everything and eventually painting it. The dash was replaced and headliner, new front-end parts, i replaced the rear bumper. It is basically used to go to my favorite fishing holes and just to drive around town and show it off. 195,000 miles is what’s on it now. So, for only putting 45,000 miles on it in 18 years it still looks and runs great.
