2005 GMC Sierra – Joe V.

It looks black, but GM calls it “Midnight Swirl” or something like that – but it looks kinda mysterious green with spreckles in bright sunshine. Go figger.. but it’s a 5.3 Crew Cab, Auto HVAC, Z71/G80.
It’s an expat from SoCal to Montana at 43,000 miles — yup –> 43K miles on it – that means ZERO RUST anywhere!.
I added: tow mirrors w/.turn signals and puddle lights, and LEDs everywhere they’d fit, Tonneau, bedrails, AVS trim package, GMRS + AM/FM CB, so I could tell my truck from my wife’s.
I just this past week had a US Speedo Custom, speedometer head in brushed chrome/red built to order for to it and added the transmission gauge.
For some reason, this truck SEEMS to have about 50-more horses under the hood although the RPO is identical.
I had the transfer case rebuilt because the fluid pump was eating it’s way into the daylight. I had it heliarc’d and the case saver installed and new clutches — I think someone drove this all the time in A4WD — that kills these units.
