1977 Ford F150 – Warren P.

I took delivery on this truck April 19, 1977. Price with fiber glass topper, taxes and license was $7200. The truck is an F-150 with explorer package, 4 speed, with 351M engine, and has less than 96,000 miles, no rust. It is dark brown metallic and was very dull when it was 10 years old. I had it repainted and clear coated, pin striped, and engine modified. Original seat and carpeting is still there, just has been recovered. Bought the chrome wagon wheels from from a guy for $100, and bed rails from another guy for $25. My goal is to drive it to the Ford dealer on April 19, 2027, drive it into the service area, and say I took delivery on this truck 50 years ago.
