1984 Chevrolet S10 – Les B.

What started out as a vision 25 years ago is now reality. Drove this off the lot in 2001, with a 2.8L V6 5 spd trans with a leaking water pump 85 miles home, parked it in a shop and began to start the transition. Not to go into deep detail but the start of the restore was not the best, 20 some years of doing. But within the last few years of non-stop work, she is done. With the help of LMC and others, the finished product is now road worthy. She has a 5.7L Vortec 350, Turbo 350 trans and a Jegs Bandit FI System. Console was built from scratch by a co-worker with a vision, some cardboard as a template and then wa-la there it be. It’s kinda nice to take to the local car shows and it’s usually the only square body S10 at the shows, lots of looks and compliments. I really enjoy it and glad it’s done!!
