1993 GMC K2500 – Kaleb O.

My dad purchased this truck nearly new before I was born, it has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I always dreamed of one day owning it and restoring it myself. It has always been, and will always remain, my dream vehicle.

Over the past 10 years, I have dedicated countless hours to restoring this truck to a factory-like condition while adding my own personal touch along the way. Throughout the project, I relied heavily on LMC Truck parts to bring that vision to life. Their quality, expertise and commitment to preserving these classic trucks are second to none, and I truly could not have completed this restoration without their support.

The truck now features a 12-valve 5.9L Cummins turbo diesel paired with an NV4500 five-speed manual transmission. It is an absolute pleasure to drive and consistently draws attention wherever it goes.

Over the years, the truck has evolved through various grille styles, lift kits, wheels and other upgrades as my vision for the build developed. No matter how many changes I made, LMC Truck always had the parts and resources I needed to keep the project moving forward. Their products have also played a key role in several other truck builds I have completed over the years.

This truck represents far more than just a restoration project to me. It is a piece of family history, a lifelong dream realized, a reflection of the passion, dedication and craftsmanship that have gone into every step of the journey.
