1998 Ram 3500 – PJ N.

This truck previously belonged to my wife’s grandfather, Tom. He daily drove this truck, used it for work and to make repairs around his Arizona property. Over the years he drove it less and less until he parked it for good. The truck sat in his side yard for the better part of 15 years. When I left military service and moved my family from Virginia to Arizona, grandpa Tom would always says, “someone ought to fix up that truck.” After a year of being in Arizona, grandpa Tom said, “if you can fix the truck she’s yours.” So that fall I was motivated to get that old 24v Cummins running again. After some maintenance and troubleshooting, I got the truck running and driving again around January 2024. Grandpa Tom was able to see the truck run and drive again just like the old days. I still drive this truck and it is like a time capsule every time I’m in the drivers seat.
