I bought my truck 2 years ago and I'm still loving it. Its runs great. He's my daily vehicle (Sam). This is my second S10. I had to replace the motor 3 years ago and its still trucking.

Saved from Scrap Yard My neighbor was getting ready to junk this truck but was having a very hard time letting it go because it was her husband's, who passed away a couple years ago. I decided to ask her if she would like me to take it and teach my son's how to repair. She handed me the title. Now, she will be able to see it as it is being restored. Lots of work to do but well worth the time to see a smile on her face and to spend quality time with my young sons. ... read more >>
Typical Northeastern Rust Belt truck. Both sides need replacing. The price of new trucks are crazy so this one is getting some well-deserved love. I’m handy with tools so I should be able to do this.
The history for this truck (Midnight) is that, after my car was totaled in a collision a couple of years back, I was using my fiance’s Jeep. Jackie and I were looking for a good used truck for me. We came across Midnight in August of 2018. That winter I fell in love. She handled the snow and ice perfectly. I would see other 4X4s on the side of the road or having trouble with the ice. Midnight had no issues. I had heard 2002 was a very good year for Ford trucks and I believe it. She needs ... read more >>
It was my 40th birthday present. Being from a farm family in Nebraska, I learned how to drive a tractor first and a pickup next. Dad and mom had farms scattered over a couple of counties and there were never enough drivers to move the farm equipment from one farm to the next, so I was recruited to drive before I had a license. If you could reach the gas, clutch and brake pedal and see over the steering wheel, dad put you in the driver’s seat. I was lucky enough to drive Chevys, Dodges and Fords over the ... read more >>
This is my pickup truck daily driver that I bought brand new. It's a 5-speed manual transmission with 230 hp and 295 ft. lbs. torque at 3200 rpms. With an anti-spin differential, also has a K&N cold air intake, Flowmaster Dual exhaust and custom vinyl seats. This truck has 87,000 trouble free miles she has never disappointed.
The truck was a pass me down from my mother in 2004 when my son was born. I have had many up and downs to get it where it's today. Engine has been rebuilt with improved parts to fix problem that Ram are known for internal in 4.7. It's been a journey as my son grew up the more he wanted to fix it. 2018 comes around and my son says dad let lower the truck and black out the truck so to keep my son happy and busy I said lets go for it. The best part of ... read more >>
I got this about 14 years ago. Add here and there. k& M air filter kit. Inch cablift. Tires.
When I first bought it. The clear was peeling. So I wanted my Tahoe to be different. I removed fender moldings. The door moldings and the rack on top of the truck. I added the rims to get that black on black look. Then I repainted black. Changed the headlights and the tail lights.

Well, what more can I say than this is my first truck. I recently bought it, with only 76k miles. No check engines on the dash. It's a 2002 Dakota, 3.9L V6 Magnum, automatic 2WD Base Model.

I have loved Mopar since I learned to work on cars. I was always too broke to fix my own so I learned how to wrench. My first rebuild was a 1985 Daytona Turbo Z. There’s nothing like jumping in the deep end feet first! From there I have owned 3 Dodge Shadows, a Daytona IROC, the Durango, and I just bought a Jeep. The Durango has been my daily driver since 2006 when I became the second owner at 65,000 miles. It now has 198,000 on it and is still driven daily. I have kept up the maintenance ... read more >>
