I bought my new Ford truck at a local Ford dealer in May of 1989. It is a longbed with a 302 V8 manual 4-speed with 4 wheel drive. I use my truck for everyday travel, plus I drive it in the woods deer hunting.

My truck was starting to look old. I decided to fix it up and make it look like a new one again. I had it painted, put chrome rims and BFGoodrich All Terrain tires on it, put new molding on the sides, put chrome step bars on, and had the seat recovered.

I had the motor pulled out and rebuilt, and put a roller cam in for more lowered torque. On the 4 wheel drive I had the front differential changed to a Power Lock Limited Slip. On the rear differential I had the Ford Limited Slip changed to an Auburn Gear Limited Slip, which gave me about 40 percent more pulling power.

I put an A.R.E. bed cover on the truck.

I want to thank LMC Truck for the fine accessories I have bought and put on my old truck for 29 years. I hope to be driving it many more years.
