1976 Ford F250-James L.

I saw this truck on Ebay Motors. Bought it for $7000.00 and paid a mobile Parking Lot $1000.00 to bring it to Toledo OH. First thing I had to replace the steering Rod that I got from LMC. Then the rear U-joint blew on the way to my ace mechanic. He welded the drive-shaft together and said it might need to be balanced. He said might be $600.00 for a replacement. Took it to Toledo Clutch & Brake, they said it was junk. Come back tomorrow. When I got there they gave me a brand new black drive-shaft for $100.00 About 6 months later the carter carburetor died. Replaced it with a Holley 2 barrel off road only. Then the engine started ticking By then I had moved way out onto the country. Took it to the nearest repair joint and the owner said I needed a new Jasper Engine for over $4000.00. Asked him to hook an airline to the spark plug hole ans see if the air came out of the intake or exhaust. it came out the exhaust. I told him to check the valves. He called me back in and showed me a bent push-rod. The head was cracked. Got a new head from a Ford freak so my Chevy freak could install it. Since then I got the hood insulation from LMC and put that in, made the engine much quieter. Now it runs like new and everyone Hi- Fives me when out. Put 2.5 tons of concrete on a pallet in the rear, mudflaps barley touched ground.
