1964 Ford F100-Zeke C.

I, Zeke Castro ordered this pickup from the Ford factory in 1964 with a 292 V8 engine, 3 speed overdrive transmission, custom cab red/black, and black exterior color. The truck had been sitting for 30 years in my back yard and needed a lot of work. After I retired as a sheet metal worker of 50 years, I started a 4 year ground up restoration project and left every thing original. I did every thing except the paint job and upholstery. I’m what we used to call a shade tree mechanic. Every hour of work on it brought back memories of past years of a simpler and slower way of living. I am also the Author of a Billy the Kid book, which my great grandmother knew well in New Mexico; by the name of ” An Outlaw Called Kidd” by Zeke Castro available online.
