2004 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 – Issac Crockett
My mother originally bought this truck for my father 5 years ago to replace his old beater, then he bought her a new Chevy Cruze and the truck was never really driven. She passed away a year later and it just sat in the driveway. For four years. I was 19 and had an ‘88 GMC that officially was off the road for good. It took a lot of cash waving in front of my old man’s face and he sold me the truck. I took it and had all the brakes redone got some brand new 17″ tires for it. I threw some stock 17” rims on it and called it good. My grandpa was always bragging the truck up calling it “the last of the real Chevy’s”. He passed away 6 months ago and I dedicated the truck to him and my mother. I plan to put a cowl hood on and a billet grille, maybe a roll pan and leveling kit with 285’s. One day I will pass it down keeping it in the family. It’s not going anywhere for a long time.
