2011 GMC Sierra – Christopher McKinney

This is my first Full size GMC. I bought her(“Red”) August 30,2011 after being on an vacation and found my 2002 GMC Sonoma ZQ8 mass air flow sensor had failed. All part stores wanted $500 for new unit. So since I I only had $100 and good relationship with local GMC dealership owner was hoping for a payment plan. Well they talked me into truck replacement of course. I told them I have been seeing this red truck in the front lot for five months and made me look at it each time I drove by on my way to work. After getting my GMS discount and traded my 2002 in I walked away only owning $12,000 with no down payment. Now the truck is my personal primary vehicle to drive around in and to work. It also my project truck. I’ve added a hitch, molded mud flaps (I don’t off road), After market oem fog lights and in process of getting narrow low profile toolbox, rhino line the bed, and Add tonneau cover rollable type. Red is my big baby girl And she will stay with me even if I get a new truck or muscle car. About three months ago she was wrecked. The body shop knew she was my big baby and treated it like I would. Now she like new again. GM build this truck like an Sherman tank.
